Check Up Champs

Ready to make vet visits easier on you and your furry friend? Our class helps to prepare your dog for the experiences and items they may encounter at a veterinary hospital. We'll show you how to build their confidence with things like getting on the scale or hanging out on the exam table. We'll even tackle the strange stuff, like stethoscopes and syringes, and of course, the glorious cone of fun!

Class runs for 6 weeks
One hour in length
Small group classes for maximum comfort and learning
Location: Westside Animal Hospital parking lot
Cost: $180

Check Up Champs 2

Ready to take your pup's check-up skills to the next level? Building on the foundations from level one, this fun and interactive class adds new elements and skills. We’ll introduce muzzle training and mock injections, while increasing your dog's confidence with stationing, handling, and veterinary equipment.

Small group classes for maximum comfort and learning
Location: Westside Animal Hospital parking lot and other locations around Santa Cruz
